This three-story, 24-unit senior apartment building provides new housing along the historic National Road (Route 40) in downtown Claysville. Each unit consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room/dining room, bathroom, and private balcony. Included in the site development is a public seating area, where a historic plaque describes the importance of the intersection in the history of Claysville.
