St.WinifredParishwascreatedintheSouth Hills of Pittsburgh, PA in 1960. An entire parish complex was constructed within 3 years which included a school, church, rectory, and convent. Nearly forty years later, there was a desire to upgrade the existing worship facilities.

A needs analysis and feasibility study were prepared. Recommendations included modifications to the sanctuary and choir area, new lighting, restoration of the existing artwork and sculpture, new toilets, handicapped accessible accommodations, modifications to reconciliation rooms, lighting, and air conditioning.
